Precautions for the use of Slitter

1. When changing tools, measuring workpieces, lubricating and cleaning pipe heads, it must be stopped.

2. When the pipe cutter cuts the pipe head, prevent the pipe head from flying out and hurting people.

3. When the long material pipe is put into the material rack and the binding lead wire is loosened, measures shall be taken to prevent the pipe from rolling, impact and crushing.

4. When using the grinding wheel pipe cutting machine, check whether the grinding wheel has defects, cracks and moisture in advance, and whether the power line is reliable.

5. The speed change of the main shaft of the pipe cutter must be carried out after stopping. The gears should be fully meshed when changing speed. If the machine tool is found to be abnormal, stop it immediately for inspection.

6. Before cutting, adjust the pipe cutter tool and clamp the work object. The length of the clamping part shall not be less than 50mm. The stop baffle shall be fixed, and the pipe cutter can work only after the test run in the sequence of clamping, loosening, forward and backward.

7. When the machine tool is rotating, no part of the human body shall contact the transmission parts. When operating the pipe cutting machine, the cuffs shall be tied, and it is strictly prohibited to wear gloves. The human head shall deviate from the cutting direction.

8. The dust removal device of the pipe cutter shall be intact before cutting.

9. No one shall stand in the direction of workpiece feeding and discharging.
