It is difficult to completely avoid this situation, and it is generally used to prevent the foreign body from falling from the upper part.

In addition, if the splicing machine roller has shown scars, then measures should be taken to find out the cause of the problem in time and deal with it in time.

In the process of using the slabbing machine equipment, it may also occur because of other factors and indentation;

1. Indentation formed by flying foreign bodies in the winding process of the slitting machine;

2.the appearance of the expansion and contraction drum of the splitter is attached to foreign bodies, such as the indentation of the attack of the loose bolts and other outstanding objects;

3. the surface of the steel coil spinner hair and in the attack of the indentation of steel coil car;

4. The appearance of the elevator in the strip unit flies into foreign bodies, and then the indentation of the attack;

5. During the storage of steel coils, there are more indentation due to the impact of peripheral attacks, but it is very important to sort out the ground, steel coil channels and so on.
