After this adjustment is complete, the field operator will need to insert the spool of the slabbing equipment into the core of the raw coil, so that the oblique coil is located in the middle, and then the ends of the cone are tightened. Then press the feeding button to make the material roll automatically into the feeding seat, rotate the axial adjusting hand wheel, and the seasoning roll in the middle position of the machine.

It should be noted that when the staff makes the winding power of the slabbing machine equipment combined, the equipment should be idled for a period of time to check whether there are foreign bodies and obstacles in the running parts of the machine, and the lubrication of the running parts. After finishing the scuttling operation of a roll of material, the rewinding power should be removed, and the unloading button should be pressed. The roll will be automatically and smoothly cut to the ground by the hydraulic rocker arm.

After the production operation is completed, the staff also needs to record the operation of the slitting machine equipment and production daily output. And to timely clean up the site environment and equipment, ensure that the equipment of the stripe machine is clean, the environment is good, and cut off the power switch before work.
