In general, the hardness range should be maintained at 60 to 90 degrees. In addition, pay attention to the reasonable selection of the size of the apron. Apron size is mainly in accordance with the size of the blade, blade spacer size to determine its diameter. That is to say, when using the slitter machine equipment to deal with the plate, according to the thickness of the plate to choose the corresponding return rubber ring, so as to ensure the appearance of the slitter product smooth and surface quality.

However, it should be noted that, because the thickness of the plate is not the same, so when choosing the outer diameter of the apron, it is recommended that two kinds of outer diameter of the return rubber ring should be prepared in advance. That is, it is the same as the outer diameter of the slitting machine blade and 1 to 2 mm larger than the outer diameter of the blade.

Another way of returning material is called plate returning material. At present, the returning wood used by the door is mostly hardwood, red dyed solid wood, etc., and the surface will also be attached with a layer of anti-scratch material. This way of returning material is mostly used for thin plate multi-specification small specification strip or plate village thickness and plate shape is poor and so on.
